Spiderman Into The Spiderverse

Into the Spiderverse is easily one of my top 10 movies to recommend. It’s so eminently enjoyable. The story is engaging but not overly complicated. Each character is interesting, fun, and unique. I absolutely love the humor. But above all else, the innovation with the art style is literally ground breaking. There has never been an animated movie quite like this and Spiderverse does an amazing job paying homage to its roots while breaking new ground.

I could never explain this idea better than what Wired put out in their video How Animators Created the Spider-Verse.

If you are looking for a movie you can just throw on and enjoy, you can’t go wrong with Spiderverse. Especially if you enjoy the classic spiderman experience of fun superhero action mixed with sarcastic humor and a coming of age tale, this is the movie for you. Not to mention you will be blown away by the visuals.
